By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service or package, submitting payment, or receiving services from E Curves, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Booking Policies, Terms & Conditions.

BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are required unless otherwise stated. Appointment availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until your booking has been successfully confirmed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when scheduling so that appointment confirmations, reminders, forms, and other important information may be delivered.

Certain services may require a consultation, health history review, medical evaluation, consent forms, or approval from a licensed healthcare provider before treatment may be performed.

E Curves reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue services when we determine that a treatment may not be appropriate or safe for a client.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

A deposit, booking fee, or payment may be required to reserve an appointment.

Unless otherwise stated, deposits and booking fees are applied toward the scheduled service but may become non-refundable if the appointment is canceled outside of the permitted cancellation period, rescheduled repeatedly, or missed.

Remaining balances are due at the time services are rendered unless another payment arrangement has been approved in writing.

E Curves accepts approved payment methods displayed at the time of purchase or booking.

Prices, packages, promotions, membership rates, and service offerings are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans can change. We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of the applicable deposit or booking fee and may be subject to an additional cancellation fee.

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require full prepayment before future appointments may be scheduled.

Exceptions may be considered at E Curves' discretion for emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Clients arriving late may have their service shortened in order to avoid delaying other appointments.

If you arrive too late for the service to be safely or properly completed, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

Any applicable fees or deposits may be forfeited.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to arrive for a confirmed appointment without providing appropriate notice will be considered a no-show.

No-show appointments may result in:

• Forfeiture of any deposit or booking fee

• Loss of a prepaid session associated with the appointment

• A no-show fee

• Full prepayment being required for future appointments

Repeated no-shows may result in E Curves declining future appointment requests.

REFUNDS & SALES

Due to the nature of aesthetic, wellness, body contouring, injectable, medication-related, and personalized services, completed services are generally non-refundable.

Once a treatment, procedure, consultation, prescription-related service, or other personalized service has been performed or initiated, refunds will not normally be provided.

Products, medications, compounded medications, injections, supplements, or other items that have been dispensed, opened, ordered specifically for a client, or transferred into a client's possession may not be eligible for return or refund, subject to applicable law.

Packages, promotional purchases, discounted services, memberships, gift certificates, and prepaid treatments may also be subject to separate expiration, refund, or transfer restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact E Curves promptly so that we may review the matter.

PACKAGES & PREPAID SERVICES

Treatment packages are intended for the individual who purchased them unless E Curves expressly authorizes a transfer.

Packages may have expiration dates or treatment timelines based on the nature of the service.

Unused sessions generally have no cash value after expiration unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Failure to follow the recommended treatment schedule may affect results and does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.

BODY SCULPTING & AESTHETIC SERVICES

Results from body contouring, body sculpting, wellness treatments, cosmetic services, and similar procedures vary from person to person.

E Curves does not guarantee a specific amount of weight loss, inch loss, fat reduction, muscle development, skin tightening, cosmetic improvement, or other specific result.

Factors including lifestyle, hydration, nutrition, exercise, age, metabolism, medical history, treatment consistency, medications, hormones, and individual physiology may affect results.

Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, and examples shown by E Curves represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every client will achieve the same outcome.

GLP-1, PEPTIDES & MEDICAL WELLNESS SERVICES

Certain services offered through or in connection with E Curves may involve prescription medications, injectable medications, GLP-1 medications, peptides, or other medical wellness treatments.

These services may require evaluation and authorization by an appropriately licensed healthcare provider.

Eligibility is determined on an individual basis.

A particular medication, dosage, treatment plan, or outcome is never guaranteed.

Clients must provide complete and accurate information regarding their medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, prior treatments, surgeries, and other information requested by their healthcare provider or E Curves.

Clients must immediately report significant changes in their health or medications before continuing treatment.

Prescription medications should only be taken or administered as directed by the prescribing healthcare professional.

E Curves does not encourage clients to change, stop, increase, decrease, or otherwise modify prescription medications without appropriate medical guidance.

RISKS, SIDE EFFECTS & INFORMED CONSENT

All aesthetic, cosmetic, wellness, body contouring, injectable, and medical treatments may involve risks, limitations, side effects, or complications.

Possible risks vary depending on the service provided.

Before receiving certain treatments, clients may be required to review and sign a separate informed consent document explaining treatment-specific risks, benefits, alternatives, contraindications, and aftercare instructions.

Signing these Terms & Conditions does not replace any treatment-specific informed consent required for a particular service.

Clients are responsible for following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.

Failure to follow instructions may increase risks or negatively affect treatment results.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

E Curves is not an emergency medical facility.

If you experience severe or life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or seek emergency medical attention immediately.

Clients experiencing concerning symptoms following a service should follow the instructions provided by their healthcare provider and contact the appropriate medical professional promptly.

PREGNANCY & MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Clients must notify E Curves before treatment if they are pregnant, believe they may be pregnant, are breastfeeding, have recently undergone surgery, have an implanted medical device, or have any medical condition that could affect treatment eligibility.

Certain services may not be appropriate during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or for individuals with particular medical conditions.

Treatment may be postponed or denied when appropriate for client safety.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Clients must generally be 18 years of age or older to independently consent to services.

Services for individuals under 18 will only be provided where appropriate, legally permitted, and with required consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Certain medical, cosmetic, injectable, weight-management, or wellness services may have additional age restrictions.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete medical and personal information

• Disclose medications, supplements, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, and relevant treatment history

• Follow preparation and aftercare instructions

• Ask questions when information is unclear

• Attend scheduled follow-up appointments when recommended

• Inform E Curves of unexpected reactions or complications

• Treat E Curves staff and other clients respectfully

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in cancellation or discontinuation of services.

PHOTOGRAPHY

For certain services, E Curves may request photographs for treatment documentation, progress tracking, or before-and-after comparison.

Clinical or treatment-related photographs may be maintained as part of the client's treatment documentation where appropriate.

E Curves will obtain separate authorization before using identifiable client photographs for marketing, advertising, social media, or promotional purposes unless otherwise permitted by law.

Clients may decline marketing photography without affecting their eligibility to receive services.

MEMBERSHIPS & RECURRING PAYMENTS

If E Curves offers memberships or recurring payment plans, the terms of the membership provided at enrollment will govern recurring charges, included services, cancellation procedures, expiration dates, rollover policies, and membership benefits.

Clients are responsible for maintaining an active and valid payment method when enrolled in an automatic payment program.

Failure of a payment method may result in suspension of membership benefits or services.

GIFT CARDS & PROMOTIONAL CREDITS

Gift cards and promotional credits are subject to the terms provided at purchase.

Promotional credits, complimentary services, giveaways, discounts, and special offers may have expiration dates or restrictions.

Promotions generally cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

E Curves is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings brought into the facility.

Clients are encouraged to keep valuables secure.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

E Curves reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

• Unsafe or inappropriate treatment requests

• Suspected contraindications

• Harassment or threatening behavior

• Fraudulent activity

• Failure to comply with policies

• Repeated missed appointments

• Nonpayment

• Failure to follow medical or treatment requirements

COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number or email address, you authorize E Curves to contact you regarding your appointments, treatment, account, purchases, forms, follow-ups, and other service-related communications.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and available opt-out requirements.

WEBSITE INFORMATION

Information provided on the E Curves website, social media pages, advertisements, educational materials, or other marketing platforms is provided for general informational purposes.

It should not be considered individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Information online does not establish a healthcare provider-patient relationship unless and until one is appropriately established through the applicable provider and required evaluation process.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

E Curves may use third-party providers for scheduling, payment processing, telehealth, laboratory services, pharmacy fulfillment, financing, medical evaluations, or other services.

Those third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, cancellation requirements, and fees.

E Curves is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, systems, or services of third-party providers except as required by applicable law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, E Curves will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website, scheduling systems, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under Texas or federal law.

PRIVACY

Personal, medical, and payment information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and E Curves' Privacy Policy.

When healthcare information is created, maintained, transmitted, or received by a regulated healthcare provider or business associate, additional federal or state privacy requirements may apply.

TEXAS LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute concerning these Terms or services provided by E Curves shall be handled in an appropriate court or forum having jurisdiction in Texas, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

CHANGES TO THESE POLICIES

E Curves may update these Booking Policies, Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will become effective when posted or otherwise communicated, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.

Your continued use of E Curves' services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policies to the extent permitted by law.

AGREEMENT

By booking an appointment, submitting payment, purchasing a service or package, electronically accepting these Terms, or receiving services from E Curves, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Booking Policies, Terms & Conditions.
